Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an entry-level Project Scientist I (Environmental Field-Testing Technician) to conduct air emissions testing for industrial clients. You will travel weekly in a company vehicle, performing testing projects at customer sites and in industrial environments.

The role involves equipment preparation, deployment, sampling, and quality assurance, with a team-based approach, and some overnight hotel stays. Benefits include paid travel and weekends off where possible.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel weekly in a company vehicle. Could require overnight hotel stays.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe products.
• Must be able to work outdoors or in industrial environments and maintain dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site field testing and transport testing equipment to customer sites.
• Testing Equipment Preparation and Quality Assurance.
• Represent the company professionally at client sites and in the office.
• Follow test methods, procedures, and processes for quality source testing.
• Apply mechanical and electrical skills while troubleshooting testing systems.
• Equipment preparation, deployment, staging, breakdown, sampling.
