Job summary

Augment seeks a Driver Helper in Norcross, GA to support residential or commercial waste and recycling routes. You will assist the driver with pickups, load containers, and help ensure safe, timely collection.

This is a physically active, outdoor role starting early in the morning. You’ll work on a fast-paced team, PPE is provided, with weekly pay and opportunities for growth in waste services.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Early morning shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Ride along designated routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism (when trained) to empty bins.
• Walk and move quickly between stops; this is a physically active role.
• Ensure all materials are collected safely and professionally.
