Augment in Winder, GA is hiring a Driver Helper to join a fast-moving waste and recycling team. You will assist the driver on residential or commercial routes, lift and load containers, and help ensure timely pickups.

This is a full-time, outdoor role requiring physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a readiness to start early mornings. Prior general labor experience is a plus; background and drug screenings apply.

Help keep the vehicle clean and communicate any route issues to the driver or supervisor.
