Qualifications

• Face-to-face residential sales with residents, property managers and referrals.
• Base salary plus uncapped commissions; strong performers can exceed six figures.
• Must be motivated, self-starter and capable of working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in residential environments through in-person visits.
• Pursue leads daily and present service solutions.
• Review property contracts and service levels to upsell offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and report performance to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and maintain accurate records.
