Job summary

America's Thrift Stores in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking team members for Shipping and Receiving, with outdoor trailer donation processing, item sorting, and loading duties. You will interact with donors and help move items in an outdoor environment.

This role requires being at least 18 years old, capability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work in heat, cold, and varying weather while maintaining a friendly, efficient work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work with donors and provide friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with donors to accept and process donations at trailer sites in an outdoor setting; provide outstanding service to all donors
• Receive newly donated items from our Donations team
• Help sort and ship recyclable items
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Unload trailers in a safe and efficient manner
