Astound is seeking a door-to-door residential outside sales professional in Illinois. You’ll start with a $40,000 base salary and earn uncapped commissions with total on-target earnings up to $89,000.

The role focuses on direct customer engagement, field sales, and building brand awareness for a leading internet provider. You’ll visit residents and property managers, pursue daily leads, discuss service options, and sign up customers while enjoying a robust benefits package and structured ramp-up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a quota-driven sales mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Pursue leads provided daily.
• Explain service needs and provide quotes and sign-up orders.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and market activity.
• Manage territory with training and mentoring support.
