Eau Resort & Spa Palm Beach in Manalapan, FL is seeking an Outdoor Dining Server Assistant to join our Forbes Five-Star team. The role serves guests, assists with server functions, and delivers food to tables while upholding high standards of service.

The position is part-time with evening, weekend and holiday shifts; certification in liquor/wine service and food safety is required, and teamwork and flexibility are highly valued at our oceanfront Breeze Ocean Kitchen.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to fulfill physical requirements of the position, including lifting and transporting items of varying weights, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service.
• Certification in Alcohol awareness program.
• Certification in Food Handlers program.
• Ability to understand guest’s service needs.
• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service several guests within any given period of time.
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Ability to check the food chit and serve food to guests without asking.

We are seeking an Outdoor Dining Server Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Server Assistant will service guests, assist with functions for servers, and deliver food to the guest tables according to hotel specification, courteously and efficiently. This role will assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment and provide lateral service when necessary. The ideal candidate will exemplify the values and beliefs of Eau Resort & Spa.

We have a full-time position available.

This role is a flexible position (AM / PM) and all candidates must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

This role is designated for our oceanfront restaurant, Breeze Ocean Kitchen.

Essential Qualifications:
