Job summary

Olshan Foundation Solutions is seeking a Crew Leader in Training to join our team. You will lead a crew in residential exterior work, dig and back-fill, load and unload materials, and manage job progress on-site. On-the-job training is provided, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; a pre-employment drug test and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver\'s license with favorable driving record.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outside and on uneven ground.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to complete jobs in a timely manner.
• Dig, back-fill, and install.
• Load and unload materials.
• Job site management: examine and inspect job progress.
• Safely operate company vehicle and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
