Job summary

Olshan Foundation Solutions is seeking a Crew Leader in Training to join our team. You will work collaboratively to complete projects, dig, back-fill, and install, and help manage job sites while loading and unloading materials.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check, and comfort working outdoors on uneven ground. Heavy machinery experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record.
• We are a drug-free workplace; must undergo pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Experience operating heavy machinery is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to bend and stoop; able to work outside on uneven ground.
