Job summary

Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) seeks a Site Supervisor to lead and coach a crew of 5–10 participants on outdoor beautification projects. You will provide on-the-job training, monitor time records, and ensure safety and quality across daily tasks.

Ideal candidates will have mentoring or supervisory experience, enjoy outdoor work, and commit to social justice. The role runs 7:00AM–3:30PM, with built-in overtime on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Able to provide 1:1 support and coaching to team members

Responsibilities

• Lead a work crew in public beautification projects (litter abatement, landscaping)
• Ensure accurate time records and adherence to attendance policies
• Maintain high-quality output and customer satisfaction daily
• Foster positive staff morale through leadership and teamwork
• Assign duties, set goals, and monitor performance for improvement
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulations and company standards
• Complete daily reporting and support special projects as needed
