Qualifications

• Must be safety-minded and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Experience in construction labor and heavy equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to learn job-specific instruction from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company safety procedures and policies.
• Demonstrate physical agility and ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently.
• Submit weekly time cards accurately and signed to Foreman/Blaster.
• Learn safety aspects of construction sites and around explosives.
• Perform general laboring duties and follow directions.
• Attend meetings and participate in safety briefings.
