Qualifications

• Entry-level helper assisting Foreman and craft workers.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Dig dirt, spread and level dirt, sand and gravel using hand tools.
• Lift, carry and hold construction materials, tools and supplies.
• Clean tools, equipment, materials and work area.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel and other materials using hand tools.
• Join, wrap and seal sections of pipe.
• Perform routine non-machine tasks like removing forms, filling excavations and placing pipe sections.
• Assist in machine tasks such as tapping soil and jackhammering.
