Previous construction or equipment experience is a plus, but willingness to learn and show up ready to work matters most.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn to operate basic construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ground person alongside equipment operation.
• Spread and grade aggregate base.
• Rake and shovel material to grade.
• Operate a tractor to move and spread aggregate.
• Operate a roller for compaction.
• Assist with grade preparation and compaction.
• General material handling and site cleanup.
• Perform other general construction labor as needed.
