Job summary

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies in Arvada, CO, seeks a Crew Member to join our field team. You will assist ground crews, carry tools, and help with pole setting and right‑of‑way clearance, supporting safe, efficient construction operations.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED preferred, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work in all weather conditions. Training and opportunities for overtime are available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn.
• Be self-motivated and work productively.
• Have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands.
• Experience on a construction jobsite a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assist crews by working on the ground, handing tools and heavy materials to workers.
• Flagging traffic.
• Assist line crew with setting poles by shoveling or picking; fills anchor holes.
• Clears undergrowth from right-of-way by using hand tools or saws.
