Job Hours

40 Hour Week, Typically M-F 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with possible variations to accommodate specific project requirements. Occasional overtime and weekend work as required.

Salary Range

$18.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist crews by working on the ground, handing tools and heavy materials to workers.
• Flag traffic.
• Assist line crew with setting poles by shoveling or piking; fill anchor holes.
• Clear undergrowth from right-of-way by using hand tools or saws.

Experience, Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn.
• Be self‑motivated and work productively.
• Have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands.
• Experience on a construction jobsite is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers and supervisors.

Certifications and Licenses

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. CDL‑A preferred.
• Must be insurable.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Work Environment

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
