Archadeck Outdoor Living in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Construction Field Coordinator to support our outdoor living projects, including decks, porches and patios. You will report to the Construction Manager and help position our resources for efficient, accurate project delivery.

The role requires comfort working outside, basic carpentry knowledge, familiarity with power tools, reliable transportation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year in the construction industry.
• Good work ethic and strong communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills that include the ability to multitask on several projects at once.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong mobile technology skills are important, and desktop experience a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to comfortably lift heavy construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Construction Manager and help coordinate projects.
• Position resources to ensure efficiency and accuracy of all projects.
• Pickup and deliver construction materials to job sites frequently.
• Must be comfortable visiting construction sites and working outside year round.
• Keep a tidy personal appearance and a clean, safe job site.
• Provide regular updates on job status to the construction manager, clients, and crew.
