Job summary

HouseSmart Construction – Installer I is a full-time, outdoor, hands-on role designed for motivated individuals. No prior experience is required; we’ll train you to learn and grow in the construction industry.

You’ll assist with setting up manufactured homes, remove shipping wrap, handle exterior items, lift up to 50 lbs, travel to sites, and support the Crew Chief. Pay starts at $16.00 per hour and is paid weekly.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work outdoors and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of manufactured homes and removal of shipping wrap.
• Help remove exterior items, load/unload materials, and keep tools organized.
• Support Crew Chief on site and travel to home sites as needed.
• Assist with vapor barriers and basic masonry tasks under supervision.
