Job summary

Kienstra Ready Mix Concrete in Missouri is seeking a full-time Plant Maintenance Person to keep our concrete production running safely and efficiently. You will diagnose and repair plant equipment, perform routine and preventative maintenance, and operate related machinery such as loaders and forklifts.

This role requires working outdoors year-round, wearing respirators when needed, and being available for overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and repair concrete plant equipment.
• Experience welding and cutting.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Work outdoors year round.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, diagnostic and repair maintenance on plant equipment (conveyors, bins, hoppers, pits, air systems, dust collectors).
• Operate front end loader, forklift, aerial lift, Lull, welder, skid steer and other plant equipment.
• Plan day with safety first and handle overtime as needed.
