Responsibilities include placing, leveling, and finishing concrete, setting and removing forms, moving materials, and following foremen's instructions. Training is available for motivated candidates to develop skills in concrete work and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move construction materials.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and maintain regular attendance.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Previous concrete or construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work safely in a construction environment.
• Must meet company hiring and drug-testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with placing, leveling, and finishing concrete.
• Prepare work areas before concrete placement.
• Assist with setting and removing concrete forms.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing job sites.
• Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other construction-related duties as needed.
