Responsibilities include assisting with placing, leveling, and finishing concrete, prepping areas, setting/removing forms, loading materials, safely operating tools, and keeping the site clean.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Able to lift and move construction materials.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Punctual, dependable, and maintain regular attendance.
• Team player and able to follow instructions.
• Previous concrete or construction experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work safely in a construction environment.
• Must meet company hiring and drug-testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with placing, leveling, and finishing concrete.
• Prepare work areas before concrete placement.
• Assist with setting and removing concrete forms.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing job sites.
• Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other construction-related duties as needed.
