Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically active field work involving litter and debris removal, right-of-way maintenance, and groundskeeping duties.
• The role includes code compliance inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Candidates must be able to operate City vehicles and drive a truck and trailer to transport equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain City rights-of-way and remove litter and illegally dumped materials.
• Monitor areas known for illegal dumping and remove illegal signs.
• Perform general grounds maintenance and assist with code compliance inspections.
• Operate City vehicles, transport equipment, and dispose of debris at designated sites.
• Assist with cleanup after extreme weather and interact with residents on assigned routes.
