RocketFast! Car Wash in El Dorado, AR is seeking an energetic team member to be the smiling face of our site. You will assist management, deliver friendly customer service outdoors, operate with honesty, and help drive wash volume and quality while promoting our WASH values.

The position is full-time with hourly pay $15–$17 plus commission on all sales, weekly pay, flexible schedule, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with overall site operation.
• Serve as the responsible party for customer, equipment, and staff issues when leadership is not on site.
• Help train and coach wash team on safety, customer relations, and wash procedures.
