Job summary

RocketFast! Car Wash in El Dorado, AR is seeking an energetic team member to be the smiling face of our site. You will assist management, deliver friendly customer service outdoors, operate with honesty, and help drive wash volume and quality while promoting our WASH values.

The position is full-time with hourly pay $15–$17 plus commission on all sales, weekly pay, flexible schedule, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

RocketFast! Car Wash is looking for an excited go-getter to be the smiling face of our business. Do you enjoy working outside and interacting with customers? This is the place for you!

You will assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with overall site operation with emphasis on customer service, site maintenance, sales and wash volume, quality, and performance.

Job Duties:

• Fulfill and promote the company’s mission and values (represented by the WASH acronym).
• Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with overall site operation.
• Strive to surpass customer expectations.
• Capability to perform any of the positions staffed at the wash.
• Serve as the responsible party for customer, equipment, and staff issues that arise when other management is not on the premises.
• Assist in training and coaching the wash team to emulate company safety, customer relations, and wash procedures and to comply with all company policies.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Help maintain a clean, attractive, safe facility.
• Comply with safety standards and be an example for all team members.
• Handle cash transactions/deposits ethically, efficiently, and accurately.
• Comply with RocketFast! Employee Handbook.
• Other responsibilities and tasks as necessary.
