Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Pearland, TX is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance. You will help customers find what they need, explain features, and guide buying decisions with trusted recommendations.

Expect duties including restocking shelves, maintaining pricing and signage, and supporting seasonal merchandise moves. A focus on teamwork, cash handling, and delivering a legendary shopping experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Friendly and professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and customers.
• Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products to customers and provide information and direction.
• Replenish and restock products on shelves per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signing; stay knowledgeable on advertised sales.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and keep work area clean and stocked.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and making product recommendations.
• All other duties as assigned.
