Job summary

Christy Sports is seeking an experienced Temporary Graphic Designer to support our creative and marketing teams during a family leave coverage period. The role is part-time, approximately 24 hours per week, with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays in Lakewood, CO, starting January 2027 through June 2027.

You will bring our brands to life across print, in-store, digital campaigns, eCommerce, social, video, and motion graphics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment.
• Ability to learn and work within brand guidelines and design systems.
• Strong typography, layout, and production knowledge.
• Excellent collaboration and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare artwork across print, in-store, digital, social, eCommerce, video, and marketing applications
• Execute brand-consistent design while following established visual systems
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align goals, scope, and timelines
• Manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
• Maintain accuracy and quality through design, proofing, and production processes
• Provide production-ready files and coordinate with internal/external partners
• Apply accessibility and inclusive design practices across channels
• Keep organized archives of assets and templates
