Qualifications

• TIPS certification preferred or required for service and safety.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to share knowledge about Harpoon's beers and food offerings, making recommendations that enhance their experience.
• Handle beer pouring and basic food service with enthusiasm and accuracy, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and taken care of.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards, especially in a fast-paced outdoor setting.
• Manage the setup and breakdown of the pop-up space, including moving and changing kegs, and operating draft equipment.
• Contribute to team efforts during special events or peak times to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor the space to ensure a safe and welcoming environment, including checking IDs, enforcing alcohol service standards, and proactively addressing any safety or security concerns.
