Ergon Inc. is seeking a full-time Facility Operator at the Pasco, WA facility. The role involves producing neat and polymer-modified asphalt oil, loading/unloading materials, and teamwork with outdoor tank farm staff and the lab to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills (e.g., add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to learn computer skills.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting 50 pounds.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Be able to work days, mon–fri with some weekends.
• Outdoor work in all seasons and weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product testing and quality control in the lab.
• Collect and evaluate product samples.
• Enter production and quality data into reporting systems.
• Load and unload trucks and railcars.
• Conduct minor maintenance on plant equipment.
• Attend daily production/quality/EHS meetings.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety procedures.
• Use safety checklists and proactive tools.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
• Complete required training and certifications.
• Wear required PPE and communicate effectively with coworkers.
