This hands-on role requires being 18+, DOT medical card, and readiness to travel for storm response. Strong leadership and physical stamina are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
• Must pass DOT medical exam and obtain medical card.
• At least 3 years of related field experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Provide guidance and support to junior crew members.
• Travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and safety documentation.
• Operate and supervise use of hand and power tools.
• Coordinate with customers and on-site teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
