Bigham Cable Construction in Montgomery, AL seeks a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems. You will guide less-experienced team members on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean record.
• Must pass a DOT physical exam with a valid medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems per codes and customer requirements.
• Safely operate bucket truck, digger derrick, and excavators.
• Maintain safe work areas and regulate traffic on job sites.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Use hand and power tools to complete tasks and repairs.
• Provide guidance and support to crew members as needed.
• Travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew safety checks.
