The role sits at the intersection of innovation, product management, and business transformation, focusing on outcomes over outputs and turning ambiguity into lasting impact. Travel up to 50% and hybrid office support are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 9–12+ years of relevant experience.
• Ownership of a product, service, or transformation from discovery through adoption.
• Evidence of using research, data, and experiments to change direction.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
• Ability to define outcome measures, baselines, hypotheses, and safeguards.
• Experience preparing operating owners to sustain delivery and track benefits.
• Travel and On-site requirements: up to 50% travel in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, priorities, roadmap from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establishing baselines, success measures, assumptions, risks, and a learning window.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments testing key assumptions and guiding investments.
• Align multidisciplinary partners and manage escalation beyond your authority.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes and decide continuation, pivot, or scale.
• Prepare business and service owners to sustain adoption, funding, and benefits after transfer.
