EY is seeking an Outcome/Product Lead to transform business problems into meaningful value. You will unite users, practitioners, designers, engineers, and specialists from discovery to scale to deliver measurable impact.

The role sits at the intersection of innovation, product management, and business transformation, emphasizing outcomes over outputs and turning ambiguity into lasting results. A hybrid work approach is supported with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in product management, service innovation, or business transformation initiatives with end-to-end ownership.
• Owner of a product, service, or transformation from discovery through adoption and measurable impact.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams without direct authority over every contributor.
• Ability to define outcome measures, baselines, hypotheses and safeguards against unintended impacts.
• Evidence using research, data and experiments to steer direction and prioritize value.
• Ability to frame problems with users and practitioners and map baselines and learning windows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, outcome hypothesis, priorities, roadmap, and scope from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establish baselines, success measures, assumptions, risks, and a clear learning window.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments that test key hypotheses and inform investment decisions.
• Align multidisciplinary partners and elevate decisions beyond your authority.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes and decide on continuing, pivoting, or scaling.
• Prepare business and service owners to sustain adoption, support, controls, funding, and benefits after transfer.
