Job summary

EY is seeking an Outcome/Product Lead to drive high-value ventures from discovery to scale. You will unite users, practitioners, designers, engineers, and specialists to create meaningful business outcomes, not just features.

This role blends innovation, product management, and business transformation in a hybrid, travel-heavy setting. You will own the roadmap, define outcomes, and measure success, partnering with insights to pivot or scale as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7-9 years in product management, service innovation, or business transformation initiatives with end-to-end ownership.
• Ownership of a product, service, or transformation from discovery through adoption with measurable impact.
• Experience using research, data, and experiments to steer direction and prioritize value.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams without direct authority over every contributor.
• Ability to define outcome measures, baselines, hypotheses, and safeguards against unintended impacts.
• Experience preparing operating owners to sustain delivery, manage risk, and track benefits.
• Travel up to 50% and hybrid office flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, hypothesis, priorities, roadmap, and scope from discovery through sustained value.
• Frame problems with users and practitioners, establish baselines, success measures, assumptions, risks, and learning windows.
• Lead research, prototypes, and experiments that test key assumptions and inform investments.
• Align multidisciplinary partners and elevate decisions beyond your authority.
• Partner with Product Insights to measure outcomes and recommend course changes.
• Prepare business and service owners to sustain adoption, support, and benefits after transfer.
