Job summary

Covetrus is seeking a Team Lead for the Aurora, CO distribution center to drive outbound order fulfillment and coaching of the team. You will oversee picking, packing, and cut-off adherence in a climate-controlled, small-team setting with no weekend work.

The role requires at least one year in warehouse leadership, strong communication, and familiarity with distribution processes. DOT compliance, safety, and accurate data entry are essential parts of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in warehouse or production; leading work flow preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with data entry on a PC.
• Experience with distribution processes (receiving, shipping, inventory control) preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred; ability to become certified.
• Ability to read English and perform basic math.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Leads outbound team in order preparation, picking and packing to meet cut-off.
• Ensures DOT regulations and ORM-D compliance for hazardous materials.
• Maintains packing supplies and equipment.
• Maintains safe working environment and reports issues.
• Monitors performance and provides feedback; coordinates training.
• Performs security checks and opening/closing procedures for DC.
