Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in distribution/logistics or warehouse operations.
• Able to read and write in English with clear communications.
• Ability to coach and develop shift employees and lead a team.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Demonstrated leadership and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the shift supervisor in running warehouse operations efficiently.
• Direct all shift material handlers and coordinate daily activities.
• Coach and develop shift employees and monitor performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete drop audits.
• Promote 5S and STOP audits and support system inputs.
• Coordinate Powered Industrial Truck training and recertifications.
• Approve payroll timesheets when the supervisor is out.
