Job summary

Colorado Psychiatric is seeking a warehouse worker to hand-build pallets and load product onto trailers per company standards. Pay ranges from $22.00/hr to $25.70/hr with incentives.

Schedule is Sunday–Friday, day shift; starts at 6:00 a.m., four 10-hour shifts with Saturday and two weekdays off.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, warehouse experience, and forklift/pallet jack certification; safety and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months warehouse experience preferred; or equivalent work experience.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification/license required.

Responsibilities

• Read pick sheets and travel to warehouse locations using a pallet jack.
• Picks product type and quantity, labels, pallets, and loads on trucks.
• Build pallets per food safety procedures and inspect products for damage.
• Keep the warehouse clean and safe; report spills or damages.
• Communicate issues to management (out of stocks, safety concerns).
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely; report issues.
• Complete paperwork and track time with wearable computer.
• Work schedule with overtime as needed; maintain attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
