Job summary

ES3, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Selector in the United States for a 1st shift. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with raises to $24.00 per hour plus incentives up to $35/hr after training. The role features a 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts from 6:30am to 4pm, and potential OT.

You will pick items, stack on pallets, ensure order accuracy, and operate pallet jacks while following safety procedures and completing inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience with picking and packing workflows is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick items using order sheets or audio headset.
• Stack items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors.
• Ensure orders match and adhere to safety standards.
• Operate a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to move cases.
• Apply selection labels to appropriate cases and wrap to protect product.
• Report differences in case quantity or description to supervisor.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete required forms.
• Frequent safe lifting of varying weights and heights.
