Join to apply for the Outbound Warehouse Manager role at kdc/one, Groveport.

This role is responsible for managing and leading the site’s Shipping and Inventory Management to meet customer needs and achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Shipping and Inventory activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee warehouse personnel and operations to meet production schedules on-time and in-full (OTIF).
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
• Establish KPIs and scorecards to monitor performance and communicate results.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and develop policies for inventory management.
• Audit SAP transactions and address discrepancies.
• Implement operational improvements and training programs.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams on logistics and new product implementations.
• Support safety, quality, and error investigations, promoting a safe work environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred; alternatively, 10+ years of warehousing experience.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP MM/SD/WM & RF Scanning.
