Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Chino, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Operator – Outbound to support daily shipment planning and execution. The role requires coordinating labor and capacity, monitoring orders, and ensuring safety compliance.

You will perform receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading, and operate certified equipment while coordinating with the China-based merchant service team.

Qualifications

• Experience with order fulfillment and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to safely handle materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with supervisors.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist outbound planning and execution of daily shipments.
• Coordinate labor and outbound capacity based on order volume.
• Monitor order status and follow up on exceptions to meet SLA.
• Communicate across warehouse teams to improve efficiency.
• Perform receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and loading/unloading.
• Operate pallet jack, forklift, and reach truck as certified.
• Follow SOPs, WMS instructions, and client requirements.
• Ensure order accuracy and productivity targets are met.
