WebstaurantStore is seeking an Outbound Material Handler to ensure orders are picked, consolidated, packed and shipped accurately and on time. You will use our warehouse systems and equipment, including forklifts, to support an efficient outbound operation.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with team members to meet daily goals. No degree is required, and prior distribution experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ distribution experience preferred
• Able to operate standing/walking for long periods
• No degree required

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking accurately using handheld devices and ERP system
• Sort and consolidate picked items for shipment
• Pack products securely and accurately
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report hazards
• Collaborate with team to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Adapt to other positions as needed to support operations
