Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking an Outbound Material Handler to pick, consolidate, pack and ship orders accurately and on time. You will use handheld scanners and our ERP system, operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, and follow safety and process guidelines.

This role supports daily, weekly, and monthly goals in a fast-paced distribution environment. Strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-service mindset are essential to ensure a smooth outbound operation.

Qualifications

1 year+ of relevant experience in a distribution environment.
Ability to operate forklifts, order pickers, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Retrieve items from racking using handheld devices and ERP system, including forklift operation.
Sort and consolidate picked items for shipment processing.
Pack products accurately and securely using the internal SPS system.
Operate warehouse equipment and follow safety protocols.
Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy and quality.
