Job summary

Arrowhead Engineered Products is seeking a warehouse associate to handle incoming and outgoing shipments, pick and pack orders, and manage inventory within the assigned department. The role requires accurate order picking, RF handheld experience, and compliance with safety protocols.

The position emphasizes strong English communication, reliability, and ability to lift up to 70 lbs with periodic heavy lifting. High school diploma or GED is preferred, and similar experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English communication including reading, writing, and verbal interactions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick parts.
• Weigh product using the proper scales.
• Check part numbers and quantities with a high degree of accuracy.
• Accurately pack orders into shipping cartons, verifying all components of the order are accounted for the correct customer.
• Read customer order notes and fill the order with any special customer requirements.
• Unload freight and check in product.
• Stock parts in the proper location.
• Maintain stock and shipping supplies.
• Assist in counting physical inventory; perform inventory audits as needed.
• Notify Lead or Supervisor of any stock shelf issues.
• Report defective materials/product, shortages and/or questionable conditions to the Lead or Supervisor.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
• Follow all safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

Sunday - Thursday 3:00PM - 12:00 PM

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk on level surfaces for a prolonged period. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms above should height and below the waist. The employee must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. 70% of the day and up to 65 lbs. 30% of the day.
