Job summary

North Coast Electric, part of the Sonepar family, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and warehouse operations in Washington. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork while handling shipments and inventory tasks.

You will learn to use RF handheld scanners and warehouse software, work with various teams, and participate in loading/unloading freight. This full-time position offers benefits and growth opportunities within the Sonepar network.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Warehouse work with some computer usage
• Standing and Lifting (Up to 50lbs)
• Help loading delivery trucks and staging products at the dock doors
• Usual 40-hour work‑week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
• Requires regular and reliable on‑site attendance

Additional Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all applicable pre‑employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, credit check, and motor vehicle record review, as permitted by law and required for the position.

Salary & Compensation:

• This position is non‑exempt and is eligible for overtime
• Pay is $21/hour - $22.93/hour, DOE.
