Azenta Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Manager, Outbound Value Stream to lead end-to-end performance of outbound biorepository operations, including Retrieval, Verification, Discards, Shipping and Logistics. You will align people, processes, and resources to improve flow and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience with at least 5 years in a Value Stream Manager or equivalent role.
• 7+ years of leadership in distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated environments.
• Strong KPI and data-driven decision-making to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance for Retrieval, Verification, Discards, Shipping, and Logistics.
• Establish priorities and operating plans aligning customer demand, capacity, and business objectives.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Maintain visibility to workload, capacity, throughput, and risk across the value stream.
• Develop and sustain standard work and daily management across outbound operations.
• Partner with Finance and site leadership to execute the annual operating plan and value stream financials.
• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and frontline staff to build accountability and continuous improvement.
