Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain or related field.
• 3 years’ logistics/supply chain experience, or 5+ years in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• 12-month commitment for new launches and outbound initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the outbound network.
• Manage carrier relationships and order execution to meet on-time delivery goals.
• Review carrier metrics and KPIs to drive performance and cost efficiency.
• Analyze delivery operations and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Fulfillment Center teams to drive improvements.
