Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or Analytics.
• Minimum 2+ years related work experience in the supply chain/logistics industry or supply chain finance (transportation focused).
• Advanced proficiency in English is required, including reading, writing, speaking and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Outbound Transportation Leadership to understand strategic ambitions and support process improvements.
• Provide analytics, reporting and operational insight focused on cost savings and efficiency.
• Support tactical carrier optimization strategies and integration of carriers in TMS/nShift.
• Analyze optimization inputs to drive TMS/nShift performance enhancements.
• Monitor On-Time Delivery and SLA carrier performance; track Delivery Promise improvements.
