• Physically able to lift 60lbs and stand for long periods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

• Train and evaluate new employees.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pick/pack area.

The Team Lead is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations and team members to ensure all departmental and warehouse goals are achieved. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to product receiving, product replenishing, processing returns, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, equipment maintenance, employee training, safety, staffing, and scheduling. This is a working Team Lead position.

Please note: This position requires working on Saturday and Sunday.

Essential job functions and expectations for the Team Lead include but are not limited to the following:

• Communicate and collaborate with fulltime and seasonal associates.
• Train, Guide and Evaluate new employees.
• Support warehouse managers with special project, and additional duties when required.
• Process Paperwork for outbound shipments.
• Releasing order on required times
• Maintain and organization and cleanliness of the pick/pack area.
• Must know how to drive a Reach Truck

Minimum Requirements
