Job summary

Retell AI Inc. is seeking a relentless outbound sourcer who treats recruiting like a strong SDR pipeline. You will locate exceptional candidates, capture attention, and continually build qualified pipelines for Retell's top-priority roles.

You’ll use LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Ashby, and automation to reach candidates others miss. This is a full-time 1099 contractor role, with remote work possible if you can align with Pacific Time hours, or onsite at the Redwood City office.

Qualifications

• Two years of high-volume outbound sourcing or SDR experience.
• Proven track record of meeting outreach or pipeline goals.
• Strong candidate research and written outreach skills.
• Able to work with weekly activity and conversion targets.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter; Juicebox and Ashby preferred.
• High urgency, persistence, and attention to detail.
• Independent worker who can adapt quickly to direction.

Responsibilities

• Build outbound pipelines for technical and go-to-market roles.
• Generate qualified candidates for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Create targeted searches, talent maps, and outreach campaigns.
• Use Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and automation to increase output.
• Test messaging and channels to improve conversion.
• Follow up persistently to engage hard-to-reach candidates.
• Track outreach, responses, conversions, and pipeline health.
• Keep candidate records in Ashby.
• Own results and work independently.
