Job summary

RJW Logistics Group in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM shift. You will lead a team focused on safety, quality and productivity while coaching associates to meet customer expectations.

You will plan daily work, assign tasks, oversee picking/shipping, and ensure documentation and system transactions are accurate. The role offers career growth within a rapid network and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in distribution or logistics.
• Ability to lead a diverse team with high safety, accuracy and productivity standards.
• Experience planning labor and assignments in high-volume, deadline-driven operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and data entry.
• Clear, confident communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and hands-on operations.

• Ensure all orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately, on time and in compliance with customer specifications and RJW standards.
• Oversee accurate, timely documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments and other required paperwork).
• Champion a strong safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse, driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Customer Solutions/Customer Service and other supervisors to resolve issues, ensure smooth shift handoffs and deliver a consistent experience for associates and customers.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (C Shift) / 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Hours may vary based on business needs)

$65-$70k annual

As a Warehouse Supervisor at RJW, you lead a team that keeps our customers’ products moving safely, accurately and on time. You set the tone on the floor, bringing a strong focus on safety, quality and productivity while developing the associates who make it all happen.

What You Will Do

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3+ years of previous warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while holding high standards for safety, accuracy, productivity and attendance.
• Experience planning labor and work assignments in a high-volume, deadline-driven operation.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS); strong overall computer and data entry skills.
• Clear and confident communication skills - able to set expectations, give feedback and partner effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a “roll up your sleeves” approach to supporting the operation.
