Job summary

RJW Logistics Group in Romeoville, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team focused on safety, quality and productivity while ensuring timely shipping and accurate order fulfillment.

You will plan labor, coach associates, and collaborate with customer service and other supervisors to resolve issues and maintain smooth handoffs.

This role is on-site on 2nd shift, with a schedule 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM and a salary of $65,000 to $70,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while maintaining high safety, accuracy, productivity and attendance.
• Experience planning labor and work assignments in a high-volume, deadline-driven operation.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS); strong computer and data entry skills.
• Clear and confident communication; able to set expectations and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a hands-on approach to supporting the operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately, on time and in compliance with customer specifications and RJW standards.
• Oversee accurate, timely documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments and other required paperwork).
• Champion a strong safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse, driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Customer Solutions/Customer Service and other supervisors to resolve issues and deliver a consistent experience for associates and customers.

Salary: $65-$70k annual

Location: 1001 Bluff Rd, Romeoville, IL 60446 (W12)

What You Will Do

What You Bring

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while holding high standards for safety, accuracy, productivity and attendance.
• Experience planning labor and work assignments in a high-volume, deadline-driven operation.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS); strong overall computer and data entry skills.
• Clear and confident communication skills - able to set expectations, give feedback and partner effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a “roll up your sleeves” approach to supporting the operation.
