True Brands in Greenfield, IN is seeking an Outbound Same-Day Shipping Lead to drive 1st-shift fulfillment and hit our same-day shipping promise. You will oversee daily operations for B2B and D2C orders, balancing workloads in real time and ensuring accurate packing and on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in warehouse fulfillment operations.
• At least 1 year in a lead, supervisory, or line coordinator role overseeing picking and packing.
• Strong working knowledge of high-volume D2C parcel fulfillment and B2B routing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily staff executing cart picking and order packing for B2B and D2C channels.
• Monitor active order queues and reallocate team members to hit same-day cutoffs.
• Ensure compliance with packing guidelines, labeling, pallet routing, and shipment specs.
• Coordinate staging, loading, and handoffs for parcel carriers and freight drivers.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory Control and Customer Service to resolve stock-outs or holds.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives.
• Maintain 5S lean practices and safe operation of equipment.
